• Susunan kolom Entry No. Posting Date Document No. Customer No. External Document No. Description Amount Remaining Amount
• Buka file kemudian ubah format kolom Posting Date menjadi yyyy-mm-dd
• kosongkan isi kolom External Document No. dan Description
• Ubah format kolom amount dan remaining amount menjadi number tanpa delimiter
• Save as file dalam format *.csv
